- Park opening hours are 9am to 5pm. Last entry is at 4pm.
- Arrange for package tours in at least a few days in advance, especially if you have a large group. The list of packages on offer can be downloaded here.
- Dress in light, comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
- Bring along drinking water, insect repellent, and a raincoat if you are visiting during the rainy season.
- Bring along a pair of binoculars and a camera.
- Beware of the macaques. Do not feed them.
- Do not litter. Kindly take your rubbish back with you.
- Pets are not allowed into the park.
- Turn off the roaming function on your phone while at the park, otherwise it may automatically switch to a Singapore telecommunications service provider.
